Péter Klopfer, Duna Elektronika director of business development has significant experience in analyzing customer requirements and translating them into a detailed working model to clearly show the efficiencies that will be obtained. “Outsourcing and managed services have been serious trends in the world market, but it took a long time to go beyond the world of multi-national companies. However, due to the need for rationalization caused by the financial crisis, this demand has become increasingly present at mid- and small enterprises, as well,” says Klopfer.
